On November 3 scouts met at the Eagle candidate's house to build the frame for the roof and support posts, and attach the cork to both sides of a message board. On November 17 and 18, the message board was installed at the large and small dog running areas in Joaquin Miller Park in Oakland. Two signs were also made marking the two running areas.
